Cold Brew is an ancient brewing method with origins back to Kyoto, Japan. It is a slow process where the coffee goodness is extracted over days not seconds as in an Espresso machine. The slower extraction results in a brew which is much lower in acid making it a very smooth coffee which is gentler on the stomach.

At BrewStar we have partnered with our friends at Joy Coffee to source organic fair-trade beans. We also only use fresh filtered water in our extraction. All beans are ground fresh on the day before being plunged into the ice water.
